How credits work.
Credits are consumed when Clevik processes queries, generates briefings, or investigates exceptions. The cost varies by query complexity — simple questions cost less, deep investigations cost more.

What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credits anytime, or upgrade to a higher tier. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset monthly. If you consistently have unused credits, you might be on a higher tier than you need.
How many users can I have?
Starter supports up to 5 users, Growth up to 25, and Scale has unlimited users. Your whole team shares one credit pool.
Which AI model do I get?
Every plan includes access to the latest models from OpenAI and Anthropic. Your admin chooses which model your team uses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts required. You can cancel or change plans at the end of any billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use read-only connections to your systems. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
